WE MADE IT!!!!
That's right!!!  The John Arthur has arrived at it's
new home in Chesapeake City, Maryland.  It was a great trip that took us
through some of the best parts of the country accessible by boat.  It's
2283 miles from Houma to Chesapeake City via the ICW, and it takes 24 days in a
62 year old tugboat.
Right from the beginning, I want to thank all of the
people who have made this whole project possible.  It is truly amazing to
me to think that such a diverse, capable group of folks have pulled together and
stayed together.  Some of these people have been there since the beginning.
A heartfelt thank you to these people.
I'm going to try to follow the same format as the other
pages for the trip home.  Each one of the links will correspond with a day
of the trip.  Since we didn't aim for destinations each day, the title of
the page indicates the starting point for that day.  Enjoy!!
