April 13, 2004 - Tuesday - Relief is on the Way
George V went to his Mom's house around 9:30am and Will, Mom, and I were heading south by 10:00am. I had ordered a chartkit for the trip and it hadn't come in the mail, so I called to Maryland Nautical in Baltimore. They said they had the kit in stock and would hold it for me to pick up. Wow what a great place. I wish I had more time to browse but a 22 hour drive is reason enough to get moving.
We picked up Bob Harris in Salem, NC and after a short stretch of the legs, were southbound again.
